Abstract
Recognizing the identity of the first civilized inhabitants of the Iranian plateau in the proto-urbanism period, is the question which occupied minds of most scholars and archaeologists; first-year kn avouch inhabitants of past orient are Mesopotamians, according to their be scripts. This flush caused the essence of the people of adjacent, or even out-of-town territories still be vague; people who have had joints with for each one other and also Mesopotamians. Accordingly, up to a unilateral point of view, their identity is explained under rule of Mesopotamians. While evidences of material farming got during archaeological studies in some regions like south, south-east, and east of Iran, proves kind of different, showing their important role as an appropriate undercoat to develop individual culturopolitical units.

Regarding geographical landscape of south-west of Iran, the foot of social structure of ancient Elam could be considered as a subsequent of Mesopotamia and its widespread cultural zone, yet keeping its own independency.
